Thomas Berry writes, “We must wonder about ourselves and what we are doing
and what is happening to the larger destinies of Earth and human.”
We have been reflecting for a long time on our human/earth relationships and the
need to care for Earth, our common home.
But what if , for a moment we also reflected on ourselves?
Have we considered that humans are also endangered at the present moment ?
Can we feel our irreplaceability? Is there any devotion to the human project?
OMIT What is our evolutionary significance?
During our gatherings we will be drawing on reflections from,
A Book of Hours: Thomas Berry by Kathleen Deignan.
Our contemplative process is designed to help us slow down, go within, and
ponder deeply these pressing questions before us.
Through engagement in our collective field we hope to access the wisdom
needed to guide our way forward.
